Overage transactions are billed at a per-transaction rate based on your tier. We send an alert when you reach 80% of your monthly limit so you can upgrade before hitting it. You can upgrade tiers at any point mid-cycle and we prorate the difference.
Starter and Growth both include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. For Scale, we run a scoped 30-day pilot program that includes onboarding and calibration support. Reach out via the contact page to arrange a Scale pilot.
Starter and Growth are monthly billing with no lock-in. Cancel anytime. Scale contracts are negotiated individually and typically run 12 months with SLA terms. Annual prepay for Starter and Growth is available at a discount if your budget planning requires it.
Starter supports up to 50 requests per second. Growth supports up to 200 requests per second. Scale is negotiated based on your peak throughput requirements. Burst capacity above the limit is handled gracefully with a 429 response and a Retry-After header rather than hard blocking.
Your billing cycle resets on the same day each month as your subscription start date. Transaction counts reset at the start of each new billing period. Usage data from prior periods is retained in your dashboard for analysis purposes.
Yes. Scale contracts can include custom signal weighting, industry-specific model calibration sessions, bespoke SLA terms, and dedicated infrastructure isolation for compliance-sensitive deployments. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
